We generally ship your order in 1-2 days depends on inventory. When you experience delay might be we were busy producing fresh batches. We do our best to ensure your best experience with us.

We ship your order for free to Contiguous United States (48 adjoining states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico) with $50 or more before tax purchase.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico shipping rate is calculated at the checkout. 

International shipping rate is calculated at the checkout.

Physical gift card is not available for shipment. E-gift card is sent via email only.

Returns:

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us via chat at the bottom right of the page and we'll arrange a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), returned products must have at least 50% of the product remaining and include all original packaging — boxes, leaflet, and photos of the product condition sent via chat or email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of transit damage or a manufacturing defect.
